The farm was once the Good Will-Hinckley school farm, a school with a vibrant history.  One of the oldest charter schools in Maine, the farm was a working dairy farm where Good Will-Hinckley students worked and learned.  KVCC purchased the property in 2013 with the help of a federal grant and private donations.  The College renovated the barn spaces, built a classroom, and enhanced the infrastructure for operating both a diversified and sustainable farm.  The farm began selling products in the spring of 2016.
