Bread Science - Maine Grain Alliance

Location: Alfond Campus (Hinckley, ME), Culinary Demo Kitchen Averill Building.

All aspects of the science underlying the production of bread from ingredients through formulation, mixing, shaping and baking will be covered. Each aspect will be amply demonstrated by actual baking projects in a commercial oven.
