About the IT Help Desk
The KVCC IT Help Desk provides support for current students, faculty & staff that are having technology-related issues accessing KVCC academic systems.
Contact us when:
- You cannot login to Blackboard, MyKV Portal, or KVCC e-mail.
- You're having difficulty with a campus computer or classroom technology
- You get an error message trying to upload a file to Blackboard.
Many times we receive requests from students about Blackboard courses that ultimately need to be taken care of by the instructor. IT personnel are not authorized to extend timed tests, reset tests or modify any course features such as timed releases.
We are not authorized to support your personal computer except as it relates to issues accessing an academic system. For example if you have an issue and the technician determines it is due to a virus and/or malware, we cannot remove that virus/malware for you.
