The following major offices/departments support operations at the College for students, staff & faculty:

Enrollment Services Center

The following departments, located in the Frye Building, create our Enrollment Services Center! This effort creates a collaborative approach and offers students a much easier avenue to essential enrollment services.

  • Academic Affairs
  • Admissions
  • Advising and Enrollment Services
  • Financial Aid
  • Student Accounts (Business Office)

Information Technology

The Information Technology office supports both the academic & non-academic information systems on the campus including the infrastructure which connects the College to the Internet.

IT also is responsible for the creation of student IDs along with the door access system on campus.

The Help Desk falls under the Information Technology Department and is responsible for supporting both the academic systems and non-academic systems including Blackboard, email, computer labs, and the MyKV portal.

Business Office

The Business Office is responsible for the financial operations of the College from student accounts to payroll.

Student Accounts information & personnel are part of the Enrollment Services Center, so if a student has a question about their bill, payments, etc... students should go to Enrollment Services.

College Store

In addition to textbooks, study guides, and reference materials, the College Store offers clothing, computer software, school supplies, and gift items. The College Store remains open for extended evening hours at the beginning of each new semester. Textbook information is also available on our home web page.

Off Campus Programs

To meet the growing need for nontraditional courses and those available at a distance from campus, KVCC offers several options. Whether you are a high school student who would like to begin taking college classes early or an adult learner looking for an online program, KVCC has an option for you.

Public Relations & Marketing

The Marketing Office at Kennebec Valley Community College is responsible for many marketing, communications, website, social media, and public relations duties at the College. The Office regularly distributes press releases, media advisories, photographs, and other informational materials, and deals directly with media inquiries.
