The KVCC Foundation engages supporters to invest in students, faculty, and programs to empower individuals and to build stronger communities.



KVCC students come from a wide variety of backgrounds and face many challenges and barriers to reaching their personal, professional, and academic goals. Gifts to the KVCC Foundation provide essential resources to students, faculty, and programs and reduce barriers and empower retention and success! 


Making a contribution to the KVCC Foundation is quick, easy, and secure. PayPal allows you to securely use your credit card or checking account to make an online contribution. A PayPal account is not required.

To designate your contribution to a specific scholarship or program fund or to indicate that your gift is a memorial or honorary donation please click on the Please designate my contribution as: link within the PayPal transaction to record your gift designation note to the Foundation.

Caroline H. and Dana P. Sturtevant Scholarship Recipient:

"I am enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Program at KVCC. I love working with children and hope to teach children in the area of my home town of Waterville, Maine. Before enrolling in college, I volunteered for three years in Kindergarten and Grade Two at the Vassalboro Community School and enjoyed it so much I began my classes at KVCC. My finances are very limited and the scholarship will reduce my stress by helping me with the cost of transportation and education. Thank you for your generosity and support."

Alfond Childcare Scholarship Recipient:

"I am enrolled in the nursing program at Kennebec Valley Community College. I plan to continue my education an obtain a bachelor's degree and even go further to get a master's degree with my focus being in midwifery. My passion is women's health and maternity. "I am currently a student in the Electrical Lineworker Program. I am very excited to start the great career path I have chosen for myself. "I am enrolled in the KVCC Mental Health Program. I have worked in the mental health field going on five years now. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients and watching them become mentally healthy. Knowing that I have helped someone achieve that brings me great satisfaction. In the future I hope to work with rehabilitating children in the juvenile system.
